INGREDIANTS:
1. Potato - 4 Nos.
2. Onion - 1 No.
3. Tomato - 1 No.
4. Chili Powder - 1 tbs.
5. Coriander Powder - 1 tbs.
6. Salt - to taste'
7. Mustard - for seasoning
8. Cumin seeds - for seasoning
9. Asofoetida - for seasoning
10. Curry Leaves - for seasoning
11. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
1. Pressure cook Potatoes for 1 whistle.
2. Peel the skin and cut into small pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, cumin seeds, asofoetida & curry leaves
4. Now add the cut onion, ginger garlic paste and tomoatoes, fry for few minutes
5. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and salt
6. To the mixture add cut potatoes and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
