INGREDIANTS:
1. Rice - 1 cup
2. Lemon - 1 No.
3. Oil - 3 tbs
4. Mustard - for seasoning
5. Channa dal - for seasoning
6. Urad dal - for seasoning
7. Peanut - for seasoning
8. Asofoetida - a pinch
9. Salt - to taste
10. Turmeric - a pinch
11. Curry Leaves - for seasoning
12. Cumin seeds - for seasoning
13. Fenugreek seeds - for seasoning
PREPARATION:
1. Cook rice and keep aside.
2. Squeeze lemon and keep aside
3. For seasoning, heat oil in a pan, add mustard, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, channa dal, urad dal, peanut, asofoetida & curry leaves
4. Add squeezed lemon, turmeric and salt to the seasoned mixture
5. Now mix cooked rice with the seasoned mixture.
