Rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1 No.
Green chillies - 5 Nos.
Carrot - 1 No.
Beans - 4 Nos.
Peas - 1/4 cup
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chopped mint - 1/4 cup
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Cloves - 2 Nos.
Cardamom - 1 No.
Bay leaves - 2 Nos.
Cinnamon - 1 No.
Oil - 2 tsp
PREPARATION:
1)Soak rice for 20 mins and keep aside.
2)Heat oil in a pan. Add Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon & Bay leaves
3)Add chopped onion, ginger & garlic paste and saute for few minutes
4)Add chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves and saute
5)Add cut vegetables and fry for few mins
6)Add salt and two cups of water
7)When the water start boils add the soaked rice
8)Cook on medium flame for 15 - 20 mins
