Mango Pickle







INGREDIENTS:

Mango - 1 No.
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste

For seasoning:

Seasame Oil - 5 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 sp
Asofoetida - A pinch

PREPARATION:

1) Cut mango into small pieces.

2) Mix it with red chilli powder and salt.

3) For seasoning, heat oil in a pan, add mustard & asofoetida.

4) Add the seasoned mixture to the mango.
