Carrot Chutney



INGREDIENTS:

Grated Carrot - 1 Cup
Onion - 1 No.
Red Chilli - 1 No.
Salt - to taste

For seasoning:

Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 sp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 sp
Asofoetida - A pinch
Curry leaves - 1 sprg

PREPARATION:

1)Heat oil in a pan. Add red chilli, onion, grated carrot and saute till the raw smell goes out
2)Grind the mixture with salt added
3)For seasoning, heat oil in a pan, add mustard, cumin seeds, asofoetida & curry leaves
4)Add the seasoned mixture to the Chutney.
