Microwave Potato Chips


INGREDIENTS:

Potato - 2 Nos
Chilli powder or Black pepper powder
Salt
Oil - 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

1)Cut potato into thin slices
2)Mix the sliced potatoes with oil, salt and Spice powder(Chilli or pepper)
3)Coat microwave safe plate with cooking spray. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer.
4)Cook on microwave high for 2 to 5 minutes. Cooking time depends on the slice(potato) thickness and microwave power.
5)Turn slices over and cook until they are lightly brown.  Allow it to cool for few minutes so that it will taste crispy.
